Responsibilities
Location Ciudad de México, MX Job ID REQ-057567The contract analyst will be responsible for:
·Review and draft agreements, mainly related to service contracts, identifying clauses that may pose risks to the company.
·Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and policies.
·Actively participate in meetings to negotiate contractual clauses, especially related to REPSE in service agreements.
·Provide support to the service and sales team with corporate documentation.
·Manage guarantees required in service contracts.
·Serve as a key interface between the business and the corporate legal department.
Basic Qualifications
Good writing and communication skills
Advance English
Bachelor’s degree in law
